Projects
The Danish Shellfish Centre has, since its inception in 2003, completed more than 20 projects. These projects have all had a more or less business-oriented approach to the exploitation of marine resources in Danish waters. The vast majority of these projects have been to do with shellfish. Furthermore, the Centre has participated in at least as many projects that have been carried out elsewhere.
